Business Forum
Mark Nicholson of the Bow Group spoke on Keep it Simple: Tax & Pensions to Weaver Vale Conservative Business Forum which took place on Friday 24 November at the Catton Hall Shooting Lodge, outside Frodsham.
The attendees came from a wide range of business sectors including manufacturing, property and financial and there was also a good range of age and experience from those starting out in business to those who had retired.
Mark Nicholson gave a very interesting and thought provoking speech on the complexities of the current Tax and Pension systems, giving examples of where improvements and simplifications could and should be made.
The primary benefits of simplification would be seen primarily in the amount of time and bureaucracy that it would save individuals and businesses, allowing the opportunity for that time and effort to be used in more profitable ventures.
Weaver Vale Conservative Business Forum would like to thank Mark Nicholson for such an entertaining evening and all those who attended and are looking forward to the next dinner which should take place in the Spring. For further information contact Charles Fifield 01606 354 786
