Congratulations to Edward Timpson MP

Weaver Vale Conservative Association, are delighted to congratulate Edward Timpson (pictured top left) on his election as the Member of Parliament for Crewe & Nantwich, where he achived a massive 17.6% swing over Labour.
Weaver Vale following 2007 Boundary Changes has an estimated Labour majority of 5,300 which only requires a 7.6% swing to the Conservatives.
Graham Evans, Prospective MP for Weaver Vale, said it was an absolute pleasure to help our friend Edward Timpson in Crewe and Nantwich. Over 2000 conservative members from across the country helped Edward to a fantastic victory. Weaver Vale members helped out across the whole constituency (see photo) by Leafleting, Canvassing, Knocking up, Telling and telephone canvassing from CCHQ in Mill Bank.
Overall we received a very warm welcome from the good people of Crewe and Nantwich, people are clearly fed up with this Labour government, Gordon Brown and the nasty, dirty and personal campaign. It is Time for a change and Edward Timpson is hopefully the first of many more Conservative MPs that will make a positive change for the better
