Voters Select Graham Evans as Conservative Candidate

Weaver Vale Conservatives have selected Graham Evans to stand for the Conservative Party in Weaver Vale at the next General Election.
07.07.07 was generally regarded as a lucky date and so it proved to be for Graham who was selected at an open primary held at Weaverham High school allowing local residents to have their say in the choice of candidate, regardless of weather they were a member of the party or not.
Graham Evanssaid It is an honour and a privilege to be selected and I would like to thank all those who took part in the selection process. I will be working hard to meet people across the constituency.
We now have a new prime minister, but it does not really matter who is leader of the labour party, it is time for a change and only the conservatives can beat Gordon Browns labour party. added Graham.
